1) The Company destroys personal information within 7 days when it is no longer needed due to expiration of retention period or achievement of processing purpose.
2) If personal information must still be retained under other laws even after the consented retention period or achievement of purpose, it will be moved to a separate database or stored in a different location.
3) The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows:
- Destruction procedure: The Company selects personal information to be destroyed and obtains approval from the person responsible for personal information management.
- Destruction method: Electronic files are destroyed using methods such as Low Level Format so that the information cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

1) Users can exercise the following rights regarding personal information at any time:
- Same destruction procedure and method as described above.
2) Rights can be exercised through written requests, phone calls, emails, or fax, and the Company will act without delay.
3) If a user requests correction or deletion of personal information, the Company will not use or provide the information until the correction or deletion is completed.
4) For children under 14, rights may be exercised by their legal representatives or authorized agents, who hold all rights on behalf of the child.
5) Users must not infringe on the privacy of themselves or others in violation of the Information and Communications Network Act or Personal Information Protection Act.

Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions and procedures for using all services (hereinafter "Services") provided by this site (hereinafter "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
1. User: A person who receives Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
2. Service Agreement: A contract concluded between the Company and the User regarding the use of Services.
3. Registration: The act of completing the Service Agreement by filling out the application form provided by the Company and agreeing to the Terms.
4. Member: A person who provides required personal information and completes membership registration.
5. User ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the User and approved by the Company for identification (only one ID per resident registration number).
6. Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the User to protect personal information.
7. Termination: The expression of intent by the Company or the Member to end the Service Agreement.
Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms)
If a Member does not agree to revised Terms, they may request membership termination. If the Member does not express refusal and continues to use the Services for 7 days after the effective date, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the changes.
① These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service screen, notice board, or through other means.
② The Company may revise these Terms if deemed necessary. Revised Terms will be posted on the Service screen and will take effect after 7 days unless the User expresses refusal.
③ Users who do not agree to the revised Terms must discontinue use and cancel their membership. Continued use constitutes agreement.
Article 4 (Applicable Laws)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow the Telecommunications Basic Act, Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws.

Article 5 (Establishment of Agreement)
The Service Agreement is established when the Company approves the User’s application and the User agrees to the Terms.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
Applications may be submitted by filling out the required personal information on the membership registration page.

① The Company approves the application when the User accurately completes all required information unless special circumstances apply.
② The Company may refuse approval in the following cases:
1. Application not made under a real name
2. Application under another person’s name
3. False information provided
4. Application made for purposes that violate public order or morals
5. Failure to meet the Company's requirements
Article 8 (Changes to Contract Information)
Members must update any changes to their registered information. The Member is responsible for issues caused by failing to update.

1. Unauthorized use of another Member's ID

5. Engaging in activities deemed criminal
6. Violating relevant laws
② Members may not use the Services for commercial activities, and the Company is not responsible for resulting issues.
③ Members may not transfer, gift, or provide their usage rights as collateral.

① Members are responsible for maintaining their email, bulletin boards, and uploaded data.
② Members may not delete or alter materials provided by the Company.
③ Members must not upload content that violates public order, infringes copyrights, or harms third parties. Members bear all responsibility for such violations.

The copyright of posted content belongs to the author. Members may not commercially use materials obtained through the Services.
Article 14 (Service Availability)
The Services are available 24/7 unless technical or operational issues arise. Regular maintenance may temporarily suspend Services.
Article 15 (Service Usage Liability)
Members must not engage in hacking, linking to obscene sites, or illegal distribution of software. The Company is not liable for resulting losses or legal issues.
Article 16 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may suspend Services in the following cases:
1. Maintenance or construction involving service equipment
2. Suspension of telecommunications services by the provider
3. System inspection
4. Other unavoidable circumstances

① To terminate the Agreement, Members must submit a request online, and the Company will confirm identity before processing.
② The Company may notify the Member 30 days in advance and provide an opportunity for explanation if the Member engages in the following:
1. Unauthorized use of another's ID or password
2. Intentional interference with Service operation
3. False application
4. Duplicate registration under different IDs
5. Distribution of content harmful to public morals
6. Defamation or harm to others
7. Mass transmission of information or advertising to disrupt Services
8. Distribution of viruses causing system malfunction
9. Infringement of intellectual property rights
10. Unauthorized use of others' personal information or credentials
11. Posting obscene content or linking to obscene sites
12. Violations of relevant laws
Chapter 6 Miscellaneous
Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members may not transfer, gift, or provide their Service rights as collateral.
Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
The Company is not liable for damages incurred from free Services except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
① The Company is not liable for failure to provide Services due to natural disasters, war, or other unavoidable circumstances.
② The Company is not liable for damages caused by maintenance, replacement, inspection, or construction.
③ The Company is not liable for Service interruptions caused by the Member.
④ The Company is not liable for expected profits or damages from materials obtained through the Services.
⑤ The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by Members.
Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
Any dispute arising from Service use shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location.
