    • - Destruction procedure: The Company selects personal information to be destroyed and obtains approval from the person responsible for personal information management.
    • - Destruction method: Electronic files are destroyed using methods such as Low Level Format so that the information cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

■ Rights and Duties of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

  • 1) Users can exercise the following rights regarding personal information at any time:
    • - Same destruction procedure and method as described above.
  • 2) Rights can be exercised through written requests, phone calls, emails, or fax, and the Company will act without delay.
  • 3) If a user requests correction or deletion of personal information, the Company will not use or provide the information until the correction or deletion is completed.
  • 4) For children under 14, rights may be exercised by their legal representatives or authorized agents, who hold all rights on behalf of the child.
